To apply to the EB-3 visa process, it is important that both you and a member of your family DO NOT have inadmissibilities that prevent you from being accepted as suitable residents to live in the US. General categories of inadmissibility include: criminal activity, national security, fraud and misrepresentation, prior removals, unlawful presence in the US, and various categories that also cover crimes in your country of residence or origin.

To apply for the EB-3 visa process, it is important that you and your family do not have a medical inadmissibility related to infectious, high-risk or high-cost diseases, that prevents you from working or that implies that a member of your family can be considered a burden for the American medical system.
