Responsibilities:

• Exhibit a cheerful and service‑oriented attitude when taking customers’ orders and preparing their requests.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of menu items and explain them accurately to customers.
• Use the point‑of‑sale/register system to record orders and calculate the bill. Process customer payments and provide the correct change.
• Perform the cash‑closing procedure by tallying all forms of payment, bread inventory, and other relevant items during the shift.
• Prepare food items in an organized manner, following established recipes and timing requirements.
• Inspect the supplies in the sandwich preparation area and restock items to ensure adequate inventory throughout the shift.
• Understand and adhere to proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards during preparation, service, and cleaning.
• Clean and maintain all restaurant areas to uphold an immaculate image, following the three-step cleaning method.
• Comply with all quality standards, recipes, and procedures outlined in the Subway® Operations Manual.
• Maintain a professional appearance and meet personal presentation standards as specified in the Subway® Operations Manual.
• Perform light administrative tasks as assigned.
