$15USD Hourly wage
Additionally, you will have access to overtime hours that will be paid at 1.5 times your regular salary. $15 USD x 1.5 = $22.5 USD per overtime hour (overtime hours are not guaranteed and are assigned based on management's discretion).
Responsibilities
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Clean guest rooms and guest areas, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, emptying wastebaskets and ashtrays, and replacing supplies.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and patios using proper procedures and chemicals provided by management, within the allotted time period determined by management.
- Utilize chemicals according to directions and familiarize yourself with all material safety data sheets.
- Practice safety procedures, including bending, lifting, bloodborne pathogens, and safe use of equipment.
- Report hazardous conditions in the work area or equipment to management.
- Document and secure lost and found items.
- Communicate with guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Immediately fill out a maintenance request form and/or missing inventory form and submit it to the manager upon discovering any damage to the property.
- Completely clean out housekeeping cart and storage unit from all trash and organize carts/storage units.
- Keep supplies ready by restocking the housekeeping cart at the end of the shift.

Responsibilities
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding guest service to ensure a positive experience for each guest.
- Assist guests when entering and exiting slides, ensuring their safety to prevent slips or falls.
- Enforce safety and park rules among all guests at all times.
- Assist in locating lost children and reuniting them with their guardians.
- Inspect and maintain facilities to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
- Develop a high level of knowledge about the resort to answer guest inquiries effectively.
- Repair tubes used in the parks when necessary.
- Issue towels at waterpark towel kiosks and act as a point of contact for guests needing assistance.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
